图译工坊 User Agreement
Version v1.0 · Effective date: 2026-10-16
1. Definitions
- Service: the 图译工坊 web workbench, the local assistant (a Windows desktop client, including the tray program and the replacement engine), the credits and benefits system, and other functions we provide later.
- User content: the design files, documents, images and their text that you upload, submit, and process through the Service, plus the translation tables and generated reports you submit.
- Smart learning: the function within the Service that counts de-identified features related to typography rules and improves the Service. Its scope and rules are in the "Smart learning" section of the Privacy Policy.
- The meanings of terms such as credits, invite codes, and third-party services are given in the body of this Agreement.
2. Acceptance and scope of the Agreement
- When you check the box to accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy on the registration page, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entire contents of this Agreement; this Agreement takes effect from the moment you check the box.
- Logging in means agreement: each time you log in to the Service and use the related functions, you indicate agreement to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Apart from the registration checkbox, your subsequent login and use of the Service are also deemed as your continued acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
- This Agreement and the Privacy Policy (https://tuyigf.com/en/privacy) together constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Where the two documents conflict, the interpretation more favorable to your rights and interests shall prevail.
- You should ensure you have full civil capacity. If you are a minor aged 14 or above but under 18, you should use this Service under the consent and guidance of a guardian; if you are under 14, do not register or use this Service.
3. Account and registration
- This Service uses invite-only registration. You must register with a valid invite code; one invite code may be bound to only one email account, and invite codes may not be transferred, resold, or scalped.
- Registration requires your email address and a password. You should ensure the registration information is true, accurate, and complete, and properly safeguard your account password and login-session credentials.
- Accounts are for your personal use only; you may not lend, rent, transfer, or allow others to use them by any means. Where we find abnormal use, sharing, or abuse of an account, we have the right to take measures such as restricting functions, suspending, or terminating the Service.
- A natural person may hold at most one account within the Service, unless we approve otherwise. We verify through your provided contact methods and usage behavior; where we find one natural person holding multiple accounts, we have the right to require merging or closing the duplicate accounts.
- We do not support automated-program registration. Accounts registered by scripts, crawlers, or other automated means may be cancelled by us directly.
4. Service content and use
- We provide you with tool services such as image/design-text replacement, OCR recognition, review reports, and local-assistant execution.
- Replacement and review results are affected by factors such as original quality, fonts and layout complexity, and model capability, and may contain errors. You should independently review and confirm the results before formal use.
- The Service is provided per "feature list + current rules"; the feature list is subject to the modules actually available in the Service.
5. Smart learning
- Checking the agreement box upon registration is deemed as your consent to processing the de-identified typography-feature data per Section 3 of the Privacy Policy (excluding file bodies, file names, paths, or client names; font names are counted only in TopN form and used for no other purpose).
6. Prohibited conduct
- You may not use the Service to: violate laws/regulations or endanger national security or public interest; infringe others’ intellectual property, trade secrets, or personal-information rights; register in batches, farm credits, or interfere with the Service’s normal operation via automated scripts, crawlers, or other means; reverse-engineer, crack, tamper with, or bypass the login, activation, or rate-limiting protection mechanisms of the Service and the local assistant; spread malware, send spam, or engage in network attacks; impersonate others, submit false registration information, or forge evidence; or otherwise harm our or third parties’ legitimate rights and interests.
- Where we find the above conduct, we have the right to take measures commensurate with the circumstances — warning, function restriction, suspension or termination of the Service, credit write-off — and reserve the right to pursue legal liability. Where the circumstances are serious, we may report to the relevant authorities.
7. User content and intellectual property
- The intellectual property rights in the design files, documents, and translation content you upload, submit, and process belong to you (or you have obtained lawful authorization). We process user content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service and do not claim ownership of user content.
- You warrant that you have lawful rights to, or have obtained necessary authorization for, the user content, and that the content does not violate laws/regulations or infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights.
- Within the scope necessary to provide the Service, you grant us the right to store, transmit, process, and temporarily display your user content; this license is not extended to any commercial use unrelated to the Service.
- The intellectual property rights in the Service’s interface, programs, documents, and trademarks belong to us or the respective rights holders. The ownership of AI output generated by third-party models is governed by applicable law and the third parties’ terms.
8. Third-party services and AI
- Some functions are completed by our calling third-party large-language-model services; the related processing rules and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
- AI output is for your reference and manual review only; you are responsible for the finally adopted content and its consequences. When the AI service is unavailable or you do not use cloud capabilities, the related functions fall back to local-rule processing, and the input content does not leave your device.
9. Local assistant (desktop software)
- The local assistant is client software running on your Windows device (including the engine and tray program). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable personal-use license; you may not copy and distribute, reverse-engineer, crack the authorization of, or remove the license protection.
- The local assistant runs only after establishing a protected session with your logged-in account, and is subject to the device-activation mechanism. Activation is bound to your local hardware; migrating devices requires re-activation.
- We improve functions and fix defects through software updates; please obtain updates through official channels. Any problems caused by using non-official versions are borne by you.
10. Beta terms
- The version you are currently using is a beta version. The functions, interface, and rules of the beta version may be adjusted at any time; we may suspend, take offline, or change beta functions without separate notice.
- The beta version may be unstable and have defects, and may not enjoy the full support and service guarantees of the official version. The risk of using the beta version is borne by you; if you cannot accept this, please use it after the official version is released.
- During the beta period, the opinions and suggestions you provide to us may be freely used by us to improve the product, without thereby creating obligations to you.
11. Credits and benefits
- This Service has a credits system. The methods of obtaining credits, consumption rules, validity periods, and the billing standards of each function are subject to the rules we publish and actually put into effect.
- Credit packages (purchased) are credited to your account after we manually confirm payment; the actual arrival is subject to the Service’s records. We do not accept automatic crediting based solely on a payment screenshot.
- Credits are for use only by your own account within the Service; they may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, or used for any form of monetization or hedging.
- Credits have a validity period; credits not used after expiry are voided per the rules, and voiding does not retroactively affect already-consumed benefits. Consumed credits are not refunded due to subsequent rule changes.
- For any abnormal behavior (including but not limited to automated-script farming, multi-account arbitrage, false operations, and malicious refunds), we have the right to write off the corresponding credits, restrict functions, and up to terminate the Service.
- Credit-related rules are subject to this Agreement, official announcements, and the actual display in the Service; there is no exclusive-interpretation clause such as "final interpretation rights reserved to the company".
12. Privacy and data
- We process your personal information and usage data under the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy and this Agreement are confirmed together at the checkbox and form part of this Agreement.
- Where the Privacy Policy and this Agreement differ on data processing, the interpretation more favorable to your rights and interests shall prevail.
13. Account termination and data deletion
- The current beta version does not yet provide a "user self-service account cancellation" function. Before that function launches, if you wish to stop using the Service and delete personal information, please contact us via the customer-service email at the end of this Agreement to submit a request.
- Upon receiving the deletion request, we will verify and process it within 15 business days (deleting or de-identifying your personal information); records such as financial and billing flows that must be retained under law are kept for the minimum period required and are not deleted early due to the deletion request, but the information identifiable to you as an individual is removed from those records.
- We have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service and notify you when you violate this Agreement or laws/regulations. After the Service is terminated or the account becomes invalid, the clauses of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
14. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the Service, including but not limited to: applicability, freedom from omission, continuity, accuracy, reliability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose; we do not warrant that the Service is uninterrupted, timely, error-free, that any errors will be corrected, or that the Service fully meets your requirements. This disclaimer does not affect the statutory liabilities we may not exclude under laws/regulations.
- Replacement, review, and other processing results are affected by factors such as original quality, fonts and layout complexity, OCR recognition, and model capability, and may contain errors, uncertainty, or inconsistency with reality. AI output may, due to the technical principle and scientific limitations, be difficult to guarantee authenticity, accuracy, reliability, or uniqueness; the same or similar input may produce different results. You should make an objective and prudent judgment and verification of the processing results and AI output, and bear all consequences and responsibilities arising from the judgments or subsequent operations made based on the processing results. Where results are abnormal, you are welcome to give timely feedback, and we will handle it promptly.
- For any third-party information or content (including content output by third-party models) that you obtain, submit, or come into contact with through the Service, except as expressly provided by law, we do not warrant its truth, accuracy, or completeness. Given the particularity of the internet environment, content you submit or share may be copied, reprinted, tampered with, or otherwise illegally used by others; such risks are borne by you; we are not directly, indirectly, incidentally, or consequentially liable for any transaction or act not directly occurring with us.
- We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for performance obstacles, defects, delays, or content changes of this Agreement, and the corresponding service interruptions, data losses, or other losses, caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorist attacks, government or judicial acts, power failures, network failures, hacker attacks, etc.) and third-party service failures (including but not limited to AI service providers, cloud service providers, email service providers, CDN); but we will exercise good-faith management obligations and repair promptly where reasonably feasible.
- Losses caused by failures of your device, network, or third-party software (including Photoshop), or by your operational errors, poor custody, or failure to use the Service per this Agreement, are borne by you. Before using the local assistant to execute tasks, you should back up your design files yourself; for file damage or data loss caused during local execution, except where we act with intent or gross negligence, we are not liable.
- We obtain the right to review and process illegal or non-compliant content under laws/regulations and this Agreement, but such right does not constitute our obligation or commitment, and we cannot guarantee the timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding processing.
15. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, for any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, data loss, and any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, service changes or termination, data loss or leakage, third-party acts, processing results, or errors in AI output, we are not liable to you or any third party, whether or not the possibility of such loss was advised.
- Except as mandatorily required by law, our total liability for compensation arising from this Agreement or the Service is capped at the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the first claim arose (if any); if you paid no fees, the cap is RMB 100.
- This section does not exclude or limit liabilities that laws clearly stipulate we may not exclude or limit (such as personal or property damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and consumers’ statutory rights).
16. Indemnification
- For any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws/regulations, or from your use of the Service (including your integration of AI output into your product/service), you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless, provided that we reasonably and timely notify you of such claims and provide necessary assistance.
17. Agreement changes and notice
- We may revise this Agreement per changes in laws/regulations or business adjustments. Important changes (including but not limited to substantive changes such as price, liability bearing, and data-processing scope) will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect via a prominent in-Service method (pop-up, announcement) or the contact method you provided.
- After the change takes effect, your continued use of the Service is deemed as acceptance of the change; if you disagree, you have the right to stop using it, and may exercise rights per Section 13 of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
- Immaterial changes (text corrections, format adjustments, explanatory revisions that do not affect rights and obligations) take effect immediately upon update and are not subject to the 30-day advance notice.
18. Dispute resolution
- The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules referencing Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan).
- Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction at the defendant’s domicile.
19. Miscellaneous
- If any clause of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
- Our failure to exercise a right under this Agreement is not a waiver of that right and does not affect its subsequent exercise.
- This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement, superseding any prior oral or written agreement on the matters.
- If you have any questions about this Agreement, or need to send a notice or submit a deletion request, please contact us by the following means (handled on working days 9:00–18:00):
- Service / customer-service email: [email protected]; privacy / deletion-request email: [email protected]
